Another Defendant Sentenced In Georgia Navy Base Vandalism Case

BRUNSWICK, Ga. (CW69 News at 10) –A federal court judge sentenced another defendant convicted of North Carolina man convicted of the April 2018 illegal entry and vandalism of Submarine Base Kings Bay to federal prison according to a statement from the U.S. Attorney’s Office. U.S. District Court Judge Lisa Godbey Wood sentenced Patrick O’Neill, 63, of Garner, N.C., to 14 months in federal prison and ordered to pay $33,503.51 in restitution, said Bobby L. Christine, U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of Georgia. Family Pleads For Help To Find Missing DeKalb Co. Resident Daniel Kwon

DEKALB COUNTY, Ga. (CW69 News at 10) — DeKalb County police and family members of missing resident Daniel Kwon, 78, announced a person of interest in his case. Kwon was last seen on September 3, 2019. At a press conference on October 16, 2020, Katherine and Grace Kwon sent out emotional pleas to help find their father. “Please help us find our father and bring him home,” Katherine Kwon said.“Please, please help us end this living nightmare.” The daughters of Daniel Kwon, 78, spoke at a @DeKalbCountyPD press conference today, pleading with the public to help find their father. Divers Locate Body Of Struggling Swimmer In Waters Of Tampa Bay

TAMPA, Fla. (CW44 News At 10) – Divers have located the body of a swimmer in distress that was last seen Friday morning struggling in Tampa Bay. According to the Tampa Police Department, officers and Tampa Fire Rescue responded to a a reported swimmer in distress just before 11am on Friday morning. According to witnesses a man was seen about 100 yards southwest of 33 South Treasure Drive in Culbreath Bayou near the Beach Park area of South Tampa, south of I-275. Largo Man Allegedly Molested 2 Children, Police Search For More Victims

LARGO, Fla. (CW44 News At 10) – Two separate child molestation investigations lead to the same Largo man. He is now under arrest and law enforcement is asking for any other potential victims to step forward. The first investigation resulted in a Lewd or Lascivious Molestation with a victim under 12 charge and a Lewd or Lascivious Exhibition charge. The suspect in this case, Dudley H. Thomas, 78, was arrested on October 11, 2020 for both charges. This case involved one victim.
