Nearly a dozen LaRosa’s franchises have agreed to settle a class-action lawsuit that said delivery drivers were not being paid enough and were not fully reimbursed for their expenses. The case involves an estimated 500 current or former delivery drivers for 11 LaRosa’s franchises in places including Mason, Loveland, West Chester as well as Northern Kentucky. A federal judge in Cincinnati has granted preliminary approval of a $900,000 settlement reached between attorneys for the drivers and entities that own the franchises, court documents show.
